RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This project is run by a real person who has many obligations and projects. Therefore there are no returns or refunds. It takes a lot of time and resources to process returns and refunds while also managing a life. Maybe one day we will get there. If you receive the incorrect item (sorry) or if your item arrives damaged or broken, please write a nice email explaining the situation and provide photos. If you are rude in your request, you will likely have to follow up because your email won't be a priority. We will of course remedy the situation on a case by case basis. In the rare event something is broken in transit, only then will a refund be issued.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship via USPS only, it is the most cost effective and accessible. All orders will ship within 3 days of when the order was received unless otherwise noted. We recycle shipping materials and send our artifacts in unbranded boxes.
